Stanley was born in China and moved to Melbourne in 2018 where he bought his first camera. He began teaching himself how to use a camera through landscape photography, but since studying at RMIT he found his passion for contributing to society in documentary photography and photojournalism medium. His documentary photobook "Art and Solitude" showcases the story of Vincent, a Tattoo artist based in Melbourne.
